The Stamford Color Guard is comprised of fall color guard members and musicians from the band who also spin. The Guard uses flags, rifles and sabers in their shows, and also use drill with recorded and performed music. Color Guard has challenging choreography and weapon material, with elaborate costumes and sets.

Winter Guard is also used as a way to train the students for the fall Marching Band. Any 8th grade student who wishes to participate in order to train for PreSeason and the fall Marching Band please contact the Band Director using the information below. 

It's not too late to join Color Guard for the winter!

An information meeting for Winter Guard will be held in late November. Rehearsals run from late November through April, with performances running from February through April.
