We have a new fundraiser for the band! And this one requires virtually NO EFFORT for us to earn money for our programs.

It's Goodsearch. How does it work? Simple, you search for things on the internet just like you always do and the band gets money every time you do! And Goodsearch actually uses Yahoo! so your searches will return the same results as Yahoo search would. What could be simpler?

And to make it REALLY easy, it is very simple to make Goodsearch your default search engine so you don't even have to think about it!

Follow these steps to start Goodsearching for the band today!

1. Go to Goodsearch.

2. Make sure that "Stamford High School Band Parents Association" is selected in the "Who do you Goodsearch for?" box. It should be automatic, but if not make sure to select it. This is how Goodsearch knows who to reward for your searches and is the most important step.

Any searches you do from this page will now be credited to the band. Continue on to make this your default search

3. Follow the instructions to make Goodsearch your default in Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.

Note: When making Goodsearch your default search engine for your browser, you should check back on goodsearch.com periodically to make sure that "Stamford High School Band Parents Association" continues to show as the charity you search for.

For the techies, if you clear your cookies for any reason then you'll want to go back to goodsearch.com and reselect "Stamford High School Band Parents Association".
